Roman Abramovich a hard man to work for. Get to the final of the CL but then lose- sacked.
Win the final of the CL, get knocked the following season- sacked.
I`m not a Chelsea supporter but this looks like a mistake to me.

What they really need is a clear out of older players & someone who has the guts to say to Abramovich, "if you give me the job, let me do it without you" which won`t happen.

I hope Chelsea are doomed now, it would take some arrogant manager (Mourinho?) to go there expecting to have the full support of the club and players.

A friend suggested him as player manager, which made me wonder what happens when you get red carded as a player manager? Do you just leave the pitch, or do you have to go down the tunnel?
