I'm enjoying All or Nothing, at least the first episode anyway, whilst also reading through last season's thread.

Three first eps done
Two is hilarious (NLD) though they don't show Kane's double assist for Saka's goal but then it's not really about football is it.
Worth it just for Stuart MacFarlane's team talk.

That was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and I may just have to watch MOTD.
We played really well, unfortunate that Saliba had to get that own goal but encouraging that none of the fans got on his back about it. He seemed to put it out of his mind straight away and went straight back to being confident and solid, for 21 years old that's exceptional.
Nice to see a smile cross his lips when celebrating Jesus goal as well.

Nice to see Martinelli get a well deserved goal.

Popped back online to check the Brentford Man Utd score and did a double take at 4.0.
Yup definitely watching MOTD

A very nice day at the office!

Jesus is really flourishing, it's a match made in heaven him coming to Arsenal.

Just finished All or Nothing, I don't think this is a series for the non-Arsenal fan, but for us it was a good insight into the process without really giving away things we didn't know already.

The things I am taking from it are:

  • These kids are hungry to be the best
  • They are a team, they want to do this together
  • They really, really do not like losing, to anyone
  • Even when they win if they let in goals they hate it
  • They believe in Arteta

I feel like this might end up getting a sequel in a few years time, with this team winning major trophies.

This is looking better and better.
Two for the captain in the first ten mins, never looked in any trouble and I'm sure Ramsdale knew a couple of the saves at the end were going wide and just fancied a photo op.
Always follow Arseblog's live blog while watching as he's usually a couple of mins in front of my stream and when I saw
GOAL
SALIBA
I was automatically looking for a header from that free kick but a lovely first time hit into the top corner.
Away fans just wont shut up with that Saliba song to the tune of Tequila.
I mean it's good but solidly from Min 39 till half time and then started straight back up in the second half. Fantastic support though they sung something for everyone, even Xhaka.

Pinch me someone I'm thinking of a quid or two on a league win.
(Shut up, I know)

I hope we can keep this form up until we meet United as we really owe them one.

Still got Ep7 and 8 to go of All or Nothing

If it makes him continue to play like that, fine by me! But not as funny as them singing, "You're going down with United" 😂

The most relaxing easy win we've had since the Henry days.

I said to someone today (a pompey fan who insists the Invincibles don't exist because of some game where there was a dive and a handball) that I was trying really, really hard not to think we might be challenging for the top spot.

Let's see how we do against Liverpool and City before we really take it seriously.

Still, it's nice to have the Arteta Out lot silent for a while.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how Saliba handles Haarland.
