I'd always like to know who's coming in before what quite often happens.
Which is sack him/her immediately followed by 'Oh s***' as they cast around for a replacement.
I don't know if you saw the match but I caught a bit of all the preamble and the first ten or fifteen minutes. Lots of Arsenal players chatting to kids, Williamson picking up and hanging onto one of them and all smiles seemingly distracted on the way into the huddle. Now if you're playing one of your main rivals I want the team kicking the walls and growling at the opposition. Doesn't seem much of a coincidence that we lost it in the first 15 mins as it probably took them that long to get motivated.

I think it's a big part of encouraging the fans and growth of the game, but you are right, before a game it doesn't sound focused.
