Looks good, but I have seen some info about problems with hiss.
Was reviewed in Home Choice Cinema Magazine in Oct 2001. Does anyone know what their verdict wuz???

RE: Eclipse DVD 695 nightmare!
Got one of these recently. Will play Region1 DVD`s just fine....As for Region 2 ..forget it....DVD player LCD says "No Disc", and the TV screen says "wrong disc format". Played with all the settings etc, Region1 plays as Region1 or Multiregion. Region2 though its Nada....zilcho...kaput...
Get something better...
