Alternatives to Princo CD-R for VCD playback on fussy DVD player

I have used PRINCO cdr`s to play VCD`s in my Hitachi DVP-305 with success. However, Princo cd`s have now been withdrawn from sale. Does anybody know of an alternative that may work in my dvd player.

How do we get these hacks??

Maybe this is a dumb question, but how do people find the hacks for players? Do they literally sit at the player and continually press buttons on the remote till a hack is found or what?

Anyone bought from SecondSpin.com in the US?

Have seen this site that sells used region 1 dvd`s at tempting prices. Just wondered if any u guys have tried them out.

Any feedback well appreciated.

RE: bush dvd140tv multi region hack needed plz :O)

I`ve been told this one is region-free out of the box, no need to hack. I have the next model DVD141TV which i`m having trouble finding a hack for.

Go to www.totaldvd.net and do a search for ur bush under Hardware Reviews and it says its multi region.

Have u tried it with a Region 1 dvd?
