A local shop, near where I work in London, have got some absolute bargains. Here are a few:

Robocop Trilogy £19.99
X Files Season 3 Boxset £39.99
Planet of The Apes Boxset £29.99
Dirty Harry Collection £29.99

They also have a load of cheap VHS bargains including the Babylon 5 Crusade Complete Boxset for £19.99.

The shop is called Y2K at 33 Liverpool Street. I don`t have a phone number, for them as I don`t think they do mail order, but if anyone is in London, it`s worth the trip across town.

Where abouts is 33 Liverpool Street? Close to the station?

It is directly opposite Liverpool St station, next to Next, and the opening hours are Mon - Fri 9.00-5.30. They`re closed Sat & Sun.

Sorry to be a pain, but do they have much in stock? Are they new or second hand? ls it a sale?

Last time I looked, yesterday, they had at least 2 of everything on display. It`s not a sale, and they all appear to be brand new sealed. I`m going there in about 10 minutes on my lunch break, so when I get back I`ll let you know what they`ve got left.

Just got back. They have 2 X-Files boxsets, 3 or 4 Planet of the Apes, 3 Robocops, plus a few Dirty Harry`s, along with :

They have a lot of titles at £9.99

Also the revised opening times are now 08.00 - 19.00.

They will be getting new stock on Friday if they run out.

l got X-Files season 3. Great! Not much in there really, but bargains like that are very welcome

Thanks, that`s an amazing bargain. I picked up X-Files today, and in addition to the others mentioned they had the complete Blackadder set for £34.99 but that`s gonna have to wait till payday. They are all so cheap due to the boxes being slightly damaged and when I say slightly unless the guy behind the counter didn`t show me I wouldn`t have had a clue. Well spotted!
