RE: Brotherhood of the wolf
Cheers dicanio,
Brotherhood of the Wolf is an excellent film - although a friend of mine bought it for an absolute fortune recently, only to discover that that particular version didn`t have english subtitles.... oh boy, is he going to be mad...
Less sure about Crossroads though!!!
I`d given up on an English subtitled version becoming available to buy, so I recently downloaded one off Gnutella - good film, but the quality wasn`t fantastic. I may buy the R3 version now.
A pretty decent film. Even the 2-disc R2 is only about £17 in France. I picked up the (whisper) VHS a while back for about £6, and even that has about 40 mins of extra material stuck on the end.
Dazza.
"Even the 2-disc R2 is only about £17 in France"
I dont think this version has english subs
It comes out here on 23 Sept with English subtitles and English dub. 1 disc though. Apparently there`s an HMV 2-disc exclusive set, but I don`t know what`s on the second disc.
DVDsoon have the 3-disc deluxe edition (release October 1st) for pre-order at £17.50 (current exchange rates) including postage.

...2 disc version also available for around £11 including postage
ok im gonna watch the region 3 version, keep it for a while and then sell it at an inflated price to some poor bloke on ebay(chuckle)
The region 3 version is out this week so i have about 2 months.:o)
If I like the movie, then i will definetly go for the 3 disc version.
