Man bites dog is seriously funny and well worth buying at any price. I have had it since it came out on vhs (whatever that is) and it creases me everytime i watch it.

...to say this is an unreserved hoot is, to me a wee bit misleading. This film is both shocking and tasteless in bits. Don`t sit back with the family to watch !!

hmm it could have done without the Merry Christmas Rape and Murder part. It was suggested by reviewers at the time (yup I saw it at the cinema) that it was trying to bring you back to the reality of the true nastiness of a serial killer but I reckon thats not true and they just went one step too far. I was reminded of this film when local councillors across the country were up in arms about the "obscene" film Crash as I doubt whether they`d seen Man bites dog.
Very funny film mind and well worth getting for such things as the granny snuffing scene or the bit about how he always starts his day with the same type of victim
