Iv never watched the series are they worth getting???

One of the best TV show to be screened in the past few years, violent and very funny too

Excellent series! But be aware that:

R2: Season 1 is not widescreen unlike the US version which is.
R2: Season 2 is missing audio commentaries from the US version.
R2: Season 3 is the same as the US version.

A friend of mine got a £30 bill from customs for buying the region one boxset- I'm not willing to take that chance so I`ll be buying the region two sets- Thanks for the info though

Also my R1 season 1 is 5.1 and the R2 is only stero and you get a 77 min interview with creator David Chase. (Plus, its only four discs so it takes up less space.)
