Damit, you beat me to it! The players on sale in my local Safeway is Prisum (or something like that) branded player, its priced a tad cheaper at £52.75. Not bad for someone after a cheapie!!!

Just seen it myself and was tempted - what`s the logix like? Is it hackable for multi region/macro?

yes hackable plays svcd and vid cd too good budget player

And what a surprise to see Jeremy Beadle`s face on the box with "Unbelievable but true this must be the best DVD package available anywhere" signed "Jeremy Beadle"!!!

It is "compiled by Prism Leisure" so may be the same as in the post above.

Even though the films that you get with this deal r very s***ty i would still like to get this dvd player and im thinking of getting it 2moz i am goin to get it becoz i hav dvds of my own alredy bcoz i hav a ps2 and a pc that plays dvds. Only ended up returning it as the picture and sound were out of synch!

Just bought one of these Today for the kid`s bedroom.

Plays MP3 and VCD out of the box and there is a Multi-Region Hack for it too, havent got it handy though.

The one i got was the Prism player. Had a few audio visual problems then i switched it RGB and tha sorted it out. £55(ish) you cannot complain.

bought it today great deal i got the prism, plays multi region after simple hack and also svcd`s, no complaints
