hi, anybody got their phones yet?.as i havent had a reply off a1 comms i assumed
i wouldnt be one of the lucky or should i say unlucky ones. if anybody has one lets know the quality and gen info....please....did manage to see the 606 in action,was impressed with the football videos,very good quality,cheers!!!!!!! 8) 8) 8)

Just to let you know I cancelled my order with A1comms, they had my phone in ready to send to me, but they had lost a lot of emails, mine included and they needed all my proofs of ID again.

I cancelled my order with them.

Ordered from [www.e2save.com[/url] and it turned up next day, I went for the e808y and it is excellent. £10 dearer than A1comms, but they throw in a FREE hands free and 12 months insurance.

I`ve got my free 808 from A1comms and love it plus another from CPW and they did a pricematch.:) (btw i think that the deal includes 12 months insurance whichever dealer you source i from)
For anyone looking for a monthly cotract then E2save.com is a good place to start as they will offer £100 cashback on the 750/£35pm deal.

Can I suggest that you give A1comms a ring? Tim there was very helpful. He told me that all the early orders would be despatched on the Monday afterI had ordered on Thursday. It duly arrived as promised Tuesday. I believe that they were rather snowed under with orders and a call will give you the info, perhaps you`ll get an e808y.
Cpw were excellent too and did a price match, fine service to get a brill phones for nothing.

e2save.com also do a price match, so I have asked them to match A1comms.

I asked about a price match with Carphone Warehouse, this is thier disappointing response:

I told them that I had ordered £19.99 e808 NEC phones, do you think they are playing fair to meet their price match promise?

I have emailed A1 Comms 3 times with no response, so I guess I will give them a ring on Tuesday!

I received my 2 from A1comm on friday morning......both black :/ @£19.99 each....very happy with the phones.

I ordered mine on the 1st sunday after the offer was posted i think it was the 10th but i did send by e-mail copies of my passport and driving licence to speed things up.

Also anyone who does receive or have got a 3 phone call 333 on your handset (to customer support) then press 2 then press 4 and ask the person to check whether you are on the 3 to go contract as alot of people have been mistakenly put on other contracts (and you dont want to be paying £££`s do you).
