HMV sale list here, all 988 of them. All found, mostly, much cheaper elsewhere too. Good price on all the "Carry On" Special Editions though (£4.99).

Double Hammer Boxset for £9.99 - six films in all, if you like that sort of thing. I`m afraid I do, mainly due to nostalgia (they always seemed to be showing a Hammer film late at night when I got back from the pub, so I`ve only seen the first half an hour or so of most of them before passing out!)

Too late..anyway my nearest Virgin (so to speak) is 30 miles away so I`m still happy.

Fair enough, 4.99 still a cracking price - well spotted.

CDs/DVDs not much cop, but PC games on offer...

Wasn`t too impressed by HMV`s sale of CDs and DVDs (BTW, I got the Joe 90 and UFO box sets from amazon.co.uk ages ago when they had them at those prices [or less] during a sale - they didn`t put Space 1999 on sale then, so I might look for those in HMV).

However, the PC games are currently "buy 2 stickered budget games and get a third one free" - at 4.99 quid each, I bought 9 in all (mostly racing games I must admit), plus a 10th one they had at 2.99 quid (Motoracer). 10 games for 33 quid isn`t a bad deal at all...

I bought the two Hammer Sets bundled for £9.99, but the two sets were being sold separately for the same £9.99, which doesn`t make a lot of sense. The bundled set was on the web site a few days ago. Don`t know if it is now.
