Page 1 of 28" widescreen tv and dvd player for £199 this weekend only

i have just been into my local Safeways and they are selling their Naiko 28" widescreen tv and an Alba dvd player for £199 this weekend only,dont know if it is nationwide though

just phoned my local safeways at sheffield and they dont know anything about the deal, wheres your local branch thats doing this deal

its in leominster,which is in herefordshire,its a pretty big safeways(dunno if that makes a difference)

The old regional pricing gag again, eh ?

Safeways very rarely have national price deals - they compete with other big supermarkets in their area only.

i thought it probably was regional,but thought ide post it anyway,i wondered yesterday if id walked into currys by mistake as you walked through the main doors into the store on the left were about 30 boxes of these tvs and on the right were bout 60 boxes of dvd players

No luck with the dvd but I did pick up the TV for £179. Fantastic picture really can`t quite believe it, I paid about that much for my first BUDGET DVD player,
