Many thanks for the tip off, I ordered one this afternoon. Has anybody used this unlocking site successfully - could you let me know how it went?

Also the Orange.co.uk DO take SOLO cards if you place your order over the phone, but not on their website.

have fun had a nightmare with orange on the web orderd a sagem myx6 on 1st december just got it today and then another one they took out 2 payments from my visa too bastards .

I used CyberGSM from Unlockme to unlock a Nokia 3510 from Orange. I followed the instructions, entering Code 7 first as suggested, and it worked first time - "restriction removed" message, or something similar was the result. Have since tried the phone with other network sim cards and all is fine.

Yeah I used it to unlock a 6100....using 7th code all went well.

just make sure you read the instructions well.

bought one recently.if you aren`t confident of unlocking it yourself,called in my local "unlocking shop",took about 30 seconds and only cost£3.99.

I order a couple of these on Saturday. The order went thro no problem. Orange normally require a push to send the order on time, so I gave a call this morning. I was told by some spotty oik that I`ve been declined, and refused to give me a valid reason. After some persistance he tried to fob me off by saying that there was a problem with my credit card, which is not true as I`ve been using it since then (also checked with credit card company). He also told me if I tried again with same or another credit card I would be declined, so credit card cant be the reason!!!

However i wonder the true explanation is the new online price is now £159.99!!

..or could it be that I have ordered a couple of phones in October as presents and also had a couple 3510i on the CPW offer last week (it was too good to miss), and I have reached a max phone limit internally for Orange.

I have an address to complain to and I intend to. (...or will this get me nowhere)

Has anyone received this phone, or has any thoughts on what i should do

Thanks for the message, I rang Orange straight away to see what the status of my order is (I ordered it last Friday). They say that it has been processed and is off to the couriers and should either be with me this Friday or next Monday. I`ll post up here to let you know what happens.
