There is a god! (in chocolate heaven ;) )

Popped into Woolies on my way back home this evening and I was just going past the choccie section, totally didn`t mean to buy anything (honest guv :p ) when I spotted a giant bar of Aero that had `Try me for free` written on it in bright red. Naturally, I had to investigate. :D

Here`s the deal: what you have to do is buy any one of the following chocolates from the list below, pay for it and keep the receipt. You then send the receipt and wrapper to a Freepost address (on the back of the wrapper) and they send you a cheque/postal order in return hence FREE CHOCOLATE!* :D

You only have to keep the wrapper if you buy a 125g or 150g block of chocolate (like I did :o ) If you buy a normal size chocolate bar you just send them the wrapper, you don`t need the receipt. It says for each of the packs listed below you can make a maximum of one claim per household so you could get an Aero Peppermint for free and then decide you might want a Nestle Double Cream for free etc until you`ve gone through the whole list. Please note that the choc bar needs to have the red `Try me for free` wrapper otherwise they are not valid.

I paid £1.08 for a 150g bar of Aero mint chocolate and holy cow, it is (should that be was?) firking delicious!!!!!!! I can`t believe I waxed it off in less than 10 minutes!! :o :(

Here`s the list: Aero Orange, Aero Milk, Aero Peppermint, Nestle Double Cream, Nestle Double Berry and Nestle Double Chocolate.

*I shall not be held responsible for anyone gaining weight :D

Don`t eat much choccie meself, but I can now see a lynch mob waiting for you at the meet....with the choccie drool running out the sides of the mouth ;)
Oh, and before you grab this offer...see my "Dentist" thread over in General and remember..this could be the one bar of choccie to cause yer niext filling...:D

I rarely eat choccie myself but this was just too good to resist! I also forgot to add that this offer is not restricted to Woolies only, it's any store/supermarket/shop that sells these chocolates and also read on another site that people have actually been cheeky enough to try for reimbursement of the same product two or three times and it worked! ;) This offer ends July 2005. :D

Note to other women: Will come in handy if you get cravings during your TOTM. I'm sorry but a piece of fruit is just not the same as sweet, heavenly, melt in your mouth chocolate! :D

you were robbed lol ...these Aero bars and the double berry and double chocolate bars are also in tesco with the try me free flash on them BUT in tesco they are also buy one get one free

I shall have to have a stroll down Tesco`s tonight see if the offer is still on. It`s not even time for lunch yet and all I can think of is my next fix of Aero mint choc :( :p
