Page 1 of Oz sites getting cheaper by the day

The favourable exchange rate movements over the last few weeks mean that the Australian sites (Ezy, Chaos, Crave, ...) are getting even cheaper. (It`s gone from about 2.73 to 2.97 in about 2 weeks).
So if there`s something you were stalling on buying, think again.

I got the Moby Play dvd (the one with all the extras that Clayts alerted us to about a month back) for £10 (inc P&P) from Chaos yesterday (& there`s the bargain for those of you who were questioning the relevance of this post in this forum).

do you know if you have to pay any kind of tax/import duty? I once ordered some PC software from the US and got hit with a £20 bill when the postman delivered it!
If not, then I`m ordering straight away, thanks for the tip off

VAT etc is payable if your order (including postage) exceeds £17.99
(and your package is checked by customs that is).

If you order singles you should be okay

Chalky`s right - order one by one and you`ll be fine. Ezy offer the chance of denoting a DVD as a "gift" (ahem) - i.e up to a AUS$36 cut off before HMCE get interested.....

Oz is most deffo the place to spend yer sponds at the mo.

Hi the gift allowance is GBP£36 not AUS$36 as clayts said. Im sure he meant what im saying but it came out wrong. Lol

What is the difference of delivery price among all Oz site?
