GPX Navigator

At the risk of starting the age old speed debate here.

£29.91inc VAT at Staples buys you this GPS Speed Camera detector & six months of database updates (from date of registration). It can also be used as a basic GPS navigation device. Also shows direction heading & current speed.

Comes with window mount, cigar lighter power connector, power cable to be hard wired into your primary vehicle, mains power adapter & serial cable for updating the databases via your PC.

I`m not given to pulling other peoples puddings. :o

Staples is less than 500 yards away from my back door, so found this in store not on a website. Sorry guys you may have to go out in the rain.

Cheers Rassilon, local branch sold out last week end of stock. Next nearest branch had one but selling it for £39.91. They were happy to sell their last one for £29.91 (price match with local branch) Hopefully it`ll still be there when I collect it tomorrow morning.

update: so much for putting it aside for me. It was gone when I got there :( . Ah well, win some lose some.

Just remember to switch the units from Metric to Imperial, its not done by default or when you download the registration\setup. ;)

It detected a known\first speed camera tonight with plenty of warning & clear audio alerts as I approached.

A friend of mine picked one up for £24.91 in the local. Had one myself, the database is good the unit is pretty customizable and when the 6 months sub is finished the nice people at GPX Technologies will offer customers a lifetime sub for £79 or 12 months at £50....

Bargain this is, take a look at the price on the manufactures website :o
