Used to love CD-Wow. Barely even bother with them now, and this sale is hardly that inspiring.

That really is a pathetic sale >:( I`ve had my eye on a few titles in there which still remain at the price they were before the sale. Its all about HMV these days! ;) !

Just thinking the same thing myself, there`s always been some things worth having in their sales recently, and even the 3 for £15 deals are usually good.

A few years back they couldn`t even touch Play or Cd-wow for price. Can`t remember the last time I actually ordered a dvd from Play or Cd-wow anymore, I supposed that`s a good thing for my bank balance though :D

Same here. The fact that they offer nothing over HMV in terms of cost is laughable. The whole thing with these Internet only shops is that they can offer lower prices due to lower overheads, but neither Play.com or CD-Wow are showing that they can compete.

Plus has anyone seen their Book section? You would have to be a complete dumbass to buy from them, considering some of their prices are over 50% higher than Amazon`s. Wish they weren`t trying to be a jack of all trades, because they really are a master of none at the moment. I preferred them when they just sold CDs and DVDs. ;)

I bought Entourage Season 2 from CD-Wow recently, but that was a VERY rare purchase. Most of my DVD buys have been from Ezydvd.com recently...

Ben - did you actually get Entourage Series 2? I ordered both series from CD-Wow (and some other stuff), everything arrived except Series 2. Took 4 emails to chase it up (had been emailed to say dispatched - all at similar time) before I get an email and refund stating they are out of stock and not having any more in. When checked all other sites they are not having Series 2 in until early 2007 - so I was wondering if CD-Wow actually ever had Series 2 in - or was an error on their part???? :/

Yeah I did receive it. Was the Australian version, which was the cheapest at the time.
