Anyone need a £15 Travelodge room for next sat - M5 Birmingham?

Hope no-one minds me putting this here, it is sort of a bargain if you need a room.

An event I was going to was cancelled, leaving me with this room booked and nowhere to go:

Travelodge: Birmingham Frankley M5 Southbound
Arrival date: 12 May 2007
Family Room, Non Smoking.

If anyone needs it and could offer me the £15 I paid back for it, I`d be most grateful! :)

PM me if interested.

They ask to see the card it was booked in I`m afraid. I have one booked the night before our honeymoon but now have a new card but they said they only check the name is the same really.

Is that the time? Damn you Xbox 360!!!!

I think all you need is a print out of the booking confirmation Email.

I wasn`t asked for the card last time I stayed, only my name.

It`s prepaid, so non cancellable, at least no refunds anyway. :(

For future reference, you no longer need to bring your card if you booked after the 20th march.

Quote:
we have introduced a new system where customers now pay for their room at the time of making their reservation. We are the first UK hotel company to provide this new way to pay and customers will gain the following benefits:

* Great for booking rooms for friends and families as gifts - they do not need to pay up at the time of their stay
* Hotel check-in is much faster on arrival
* No need to remember to bring the credit card that you reserved the room with as payment would already have been made.

Just stuck it on ebay, hopefully I can sell it to someone!

Sold it on ebay, hurray!

Andy, had you prepaid, or did you have to pay on arrival? I generally have the prepaid saver rooms, and have only ever been asked my name when booking in.

Have used the Travelodge pre-paid rooms 7 times over the last 5 months - all they have asked me for is my name when I checked in.

No i.d or credfit cards or even the booking number were asked for.

why take life so seriously..its not like you are going to make it out alive
