Page 1 of Indiana Jones - How would you like to see it released?

Just read this article in `DVD Review` magazine :

`George Lucas and I are having an argument with Paramount,` said Spielberg to the Wall street Journal. `Paramount wants to come out with all three Indiana Jones movies in one package. George and I want to come out with one film at a time and then with all three movies , and maybe even the fourth one , in one package later.` A studio spokesman followed up the comment by insisting there is no argument and `discussions are ongoing.`

Personally Im with Paramount here! Dont wanna be having to buy the films individually and then being expected to cough up yet again for the same films just because the boxset contains the fourth film , or has copious amounts of extra special features or has DTS and so on and on........

How would you lot like to see it released?

In a boxset. They look nicer and are more economical.

got to be a 3 film box set.
reckon the new one will be a disapointment...feel i`ll stick with the ones i loved as a kid.

Why doesn`t the greedy git just come out and say that he wants more money and that`s why this arguement is ongoing.

It`s not as if either of the two are short of a quid is it?

Nice if it was priced the same as Back To The Future box set was on CD Wow last year.

Yeah but what happens if they actually make a 4th? Any box set would look out of place, just like my Die Hard one will (with a forth on the way)

Besides I thought BTTF package way a bit rubbish.

And I am not keen on Temple of Doom.

Lucas, Spielberg and Ford are among the most lazy people in Hollywood so I will be surpised if a 4th ever shows up.

Lucas is a control freak (you see original Star Wars trilogy on dvd when he has the time!) and can only do one project at a time, and at a snails pace.

Spielberg seems to have lost the love for film making and attaches his name to everything without actually doing anything creative.

And Ford moans about doing stunts these days, and every other film is a rubbish romatic comedy.

Maybe they should all be replaced. Hugh Jackman could be Indy. M.Knight could direct.

Box Set would be best. As long as they don`t stuff up the transfer like BTTF.

Dont worry Soprano, in all likelyhood the fourth Indy and Die Hard will be so s***e that there is no way you`ll wanna buy them let alone watch them, and then the trilogy boxsest will forever remain pristine :-)

Box set, can`t see me buying the fourth Indy I dare say it`s going to be sh*te!
