Quickest in my experience is play247.com(based in Jersey), and includes free postage. Although you pay a couple of quid per disc more than other retailers because of this. Usually take between 3 & 4 days. Good service and accept debit cards(Switch,Solo).

There are Canadian and U.S.A retailers who offer a cheaper service, can`t comment because I haven`t used any. But I`ve heard they can take over a week, but still if you are in no hurry, you can save money.
Examples are www.dvdboxoffice.com, www.video-now.com

I`ve used play 247 on a number of occasions and found them quick and relativly cheap, but dvdboxoffice are much cheaper and the delivery times are only about a week to ten days normally, but sometimes as long as three weeks. I`ve never been let down by dvdboxoffice or play247 but the money that you save by using dvdboxoffice is well worth the wait
