Oh, it definitely wasn`t made with the same thought/depth - but then (shock, horror!) there`s nothing wrong with an action blockbuster ("popcorn" flick) either. I enjoyed them pretty much equally.

Hey, don`t rain down on my parade ;)
I see the first two films as something more than that.

The thing that makes me laugh at James Cameron (well, more laugh with him) is that he says he left his job as a truck driver when he saw Star Wars, and said "F*** Yeah! I`m going to make movies!". So he did, and as soon as he hit the uber-jackpot, he stopped making films... just like George Lucas. He has basically been developing technology and only applying it lightly (Ghosts of the Abyss, Aliens of the Deep).

I heard a rumour that Cameron had his skeleton removed in a surgical procedure and replaced with a solid gold endoskeleton.

I liked the 1st and the 3rd Terminator films, but thought T2 was a bit OTT, especially the bike chase.

WHERE - A cinema near you!

WHEN - 2007, so its a bit of a wait!

The only fault I found with T2 was that there wasn`t enough T-1000, as opposed to the first Terminator movie where you had near enough the same amount of screen time from both sides the T-101 trying to find Sarah, and Sarah and Kyle trying to escape and find away to stop Arnie.

T2 however, had a great exciting fast past storyline but as soon as the T-1000 is out of the limelight the story stops and meanders for half and hour philosophising about the whole nuclear war debate and that they have to find the man who started it all (who happens to be black by the way), and then it starts to pick up when they go in to the building to destroy everything.

What I couldn`t understand is why Cameron chose to cut out the scene where there`s 2 Sarah`s and John looks at the Terminator`s feet which has melted to the floor, and then he dodges out the way for the real Sarah to shoot it. That would of explained it a lot better than him just jumping out of the way assuming that the Sarah behind him was his real mom.

i wish i could turn into a puddle. Think of the `upskirt` advantages...

Next time you`re out in the rain , stare in a puddle and clock yer reflection to get a glimpse of your `puddludular` self... just don`t do it by the roadside...

Ya might get some poor sod fined.

jc808,
Can`t you (or your stupid f***ing alter-ego `deejay`) resist stepping into decent `intelligent` threads and making ridiculous comments that you obviously find funny?

God you`re a prick.
Just looking through your profile of all your last posts - all bar a couple have absolutely nothing to add to the subject being discussed. You just add a little quip that you think is funny but isn`t.
Are you French?
