Page 1 of Boogie Nights - region 2 S.E.?

I know you`ll all tell me to buy the region 1 DVD, but I do not have multi region capability yet. So, does anyone know, will Boogie Nights ever receive the S.E. it has had on all other regions in the UK?

Also, any news on a new 2 Disc release of L.A. Confidential - it needs one sooooo badly.

You`re obviously clued up on the fact that often other regions get better releases that here in the UK and with a handle like "movie freak" you`ve got to be a film buff.

So again... what? :/

* You`re unaware going multi-region is incredibly cheap and simple these days.

* You`re too cheap to spring for another player, even if it costs less than a DVD or two.

* You paid through the nose for a fancy player that isn`t fancy enough to play imports and are unwilling to let a cheap second unit sit alongside it.

* You`re an robot who plays DVDs on it`s own internal proccessing unit. I recommend a swift firmware upgrade to bolster your "capacities".

To answer the original question - I wouldn`t hold your breath. However, I think I heard rumours of an LA Confidential SE some time ago.
