Page 1 of HELP: Need Title For For A Film

Hey People

Film Starts by a prisioner being transferred in to a post apocaliptic city, and ends up getting banished outside the city where he meets some people that are living outside despite being told that no one can survive. Anywhoo as the plot progresses, the lead charactor tries to get back in the city by running in a vent which periodically expells flames.

Please give me a title

I dont think it is judge dredd, i havent watched it in quite a while so i will check it out. But are there any more suggestions from anyone, please?

Sounds exactly like Judge Dredd. Rob Schneiders ex prisoner character gets shipped back to the city, Dredd gets setup for murder. They both get put on a prison transport that crashes in the desert where only mutants live. They escape the mutant family and enter the city through a vent/tunnel that spits out flames every 30 seconds or so.
