Page 1 of League of gentlemen series 2 problem

When i play the legue of gentlemen series 2 on my dvd player it freezes on the menu and I was wondering if anyone has any solutions
My dvd player is a proline 2000

I watched the first four episodes last night and there was no problem, but got a `disk error` message when I put the second disk in. This was sorted by pressing stop and then play again and it all played fine. No idea if this is the same sort of problem you were having though.

I`ve got a Schneider DVD811 and the League of Gentlemen DVD is freezing at the menu. I`ve contacted BBC tech support and they acknowledge that there are some problems with this DVD. They suggest getting a refund on the current copy and they are going to investigate further (to remaster or not). Funny thing is, it plays fine on my laptop DVD player (Dell Inspiron 8000). Oh well, I`ll buy the VHS instead.

Same problem here with my grundig gdv-520......this is just a saga now..

I`m a big fan of TLOG, but this has put me off buying it in the near future. Before I give in to temptation and part with my hard earned cash, can anyone tell me if they`ve had problems with it on the Wharfedale 750 (newer firmware - DTS logo)?

I`ve got the old style 750 with the free update and both disks seem to work fine.
I say seem as I`ve only watched the documentary and 4 episodes.
