Any idea where to get one for a UK Gamecube?
I`ve two SNES/N64 s-video cables, neither work...want to hook it up to my projector in s-video rather than composute.

No help I know but the 3rd party cable I tried wouldnt work after lots of assurance that it would (it did say for N64 on the box ).
I assumed it was my TV at fault.

Apparently, the UK machines have the s-video output disabled :(
You need a component video cable instead (assuming you have a TV/projector with suitable inputs), I am trying to source one at the moment.
Nonsense to disable the s-video output...annoyed I`ve bought one now, I didn`t buy a DLP projector to use composite video input!

There is an official RGB one though.
All the 3rd party ones called `rgb` don`t do it.

Is that an s-video lead as in s-video connector, or rgb scart?
rgb scart is no use, it`s the only input my projector doesn`t have
there are DVI cables as well afaik, but they are dear

S-Video will NOT work on a PAL Gamecube under ANY circumstances (although some shops are still selling the 3rd party cables that were released at launch). It was disabled for the much better RGB SCART support.
