Lego Indiana Jones - awesome

For all those fans of Lego Star Wars, we now have Lego Indiana Jones available...and its great.

Its basically more of the same fun game but with an Indy twist. Lots of humour in there still and with the same general level format with 10 collectables on each level, lego `coins` to collect & a special collectable to try and find.
The character format is the same with the ability to switch to the other one, and in free play scroll through the selected list.

The characters themselves have different abilities - like Indy`s whip, Jock (the pilot from the first film) and his spanner etc. etc.
And you need to use different ones to achieve the different tasks.

So if you liked Lego Star Wars, then you`ll love this one.

IMO - its well worth buying. Just need to decide which format you want...I`ve opted for the PSP since its where I`ll play it most I imagine.

I`ve played a level this morning and didn`t realise the train had pulled into the station and I was supposed to be getting off :D

I imagine that Lego Batman will be just as much fun.
Wonder what other trilogies they can make into Lego games..."Lego Aliens" anyone? :D

Lego Aliens

That would be cool.

How about Lego Back to the Future. Or Lego Kill Bill.

Think I might get it for the PS3 once I`ve completed GTA IV!

I think that lego Harry Potter would be good fun - has to be better than the tie-ins that come out for each film.

Yeah. PSP would probably be best for me too as its very short, apparently.

Not a lot of extras and the things that keep you going back.

I had a quick go on Indy last night on the PSP, looks very good indeed. The lack of being able to use the force seemed like a major downside to me but a 10 minute session with Indy and his whip (sounds ruder than intended) put my mind at ease. I was hoping the PSP version would feature adhoc co-op or some form of multiplayer but it doesn`t look like it does, least not from the main menus anyway.

Anyway, the PsPs are now gone but my 360 version shipped from Game today so 8) . Can`t wait

Yes, my kids want this on the wii. They loved Star Wars.

I would think Harry Potter would almost certainly be on the cards, as they already have a lego tie-in with the movies. It would work brilliantly too.

Just played the first level on the 360 and it`s just the same great fun as Star Wars.
Will venture back later when the little ones finished watching Wonder Pets.

How about Lego Jurassic Park?

With regards to Lego Batman....is that just going to involve `Batman Begins` & `Dark Knight`? If so then I imagine theres not much scope to play with. I may be wrong though.....
