Page 1 of This Is The Hack For LG 3200E

I tried this hack last night and it worked fine. There were about 3 others with didn`t work, involving leaving the disc try open :S

1. power on

2. press pause (with remote)

3. key in the code "3,1,4,1,5,9" (with remote)

4. the screen now says CODE

5. key in the code you want, i.e 0 for multi (with remote)

6. press pause (with remote)

7. power off (and leave for a few seconds)

Just realised this should be in the hack section, but i can`t be bothered to copy and paste it again.

Can you tell me what your firmware is on your LG, I`ve tried this on my LG 3200e with no success, I`m wondering if it`s down to firmware, newer models seem hackable.

I beleive 1.1 or 1.2 are remote hackable. Mine is 1.2 and Another guy somewhere in the threads has 1.1

If yours is 1.0 then you will have no luck. If you don`t know the firmware remote code to show it. Check the threads cos it is in there. Would give you it but I cant remember it and I seen it somewhere in the threads.
