Page 1 of How many unwatched DVDs on your shelves?

Ok, first starting of a thread on this forum by my good self, so hopefully it doesn`t bomb.

I read earlier this week that the average DVD collector has just under 100 DVDs on their shelves that they haven`t even watched.

Anyone who can calim to be an `average collector`?

Seems a bit excessive to me.
Usually have 30 odd DVDs that I haven`t watched myself.

well i`m not average as have seen every dvd i own but then i think i need 2 get out more...

Ditto. I`ve seen them all once, at least. But if you`re asking how many are gathering dust, having not been watched for a year.. then about 150. (those ones the wife watches... message in a bottle, anyone?)

got about 260 dvd intotal watched everyone and watched most more than once

I have watched all of the 120+ titles I own (more than once!), except:

The Man With The Golden Gun - The World Is Not Enough (11 discs although I have seen them all before on TV/VHS)
Sahara
A Fish Called Wanda: Special Edition
Dog Soldiers

Looks like I`m another one of the sad cases... :)

Ive got at least 100 still with cellophane on them, Im a glutton for a bargain.

Today alone, I bought the following because they were good prices :-

Pulp Fiction 2 Disc DTS ;- £9.99
Godzilla (Superbit DTS) £9.99
Crouching Tiger (Superbit DTS) £9.99
The Untouchables 5.1DD £7.99

The wife will surely kill me, especially as I promised not to buy anymore just yet as I recently spent £1000 of golfing equipment :0)

I`ve got 73 unwatched.

Thank gawd for this thread, I thought it was just me.
