Cheap Dyson

Anyone know where to get a cheap dyson from? I have cats and they leave fur all over the floor and the regular hoover doesnt do the greatest job.

The Dyson DC07 `Animal` is certainly a fine beast. Haven`t got a pet myself, just a minging flat but it`s one to recommend (I`m sure other DC07s are the same, just without the special `animal hair` tool). Difiicult to get this under 200 squid though, but it`s worth the dosh.

The one to go for is the Dyson DC07 Animal (Purple & Silver) as it has the pet hair tool.
This is what I`ve got, even though I haven`t even got a pet but it`s great for picking up my wife`s hair!

Cheapest is £219.99 from Easibuy

I got mine from Tesco Online for £230 because they were running a promotion for bonus club card points etc at the time giving a similar price to the above overall and very good delivery. ;)

Do yourself a favour and have a look at a Sebo cylinder cleaner K1 komfort (it`s German as opposed to Malaysian!) 1800w motor,it will take your hand off.
It has varible suction (so you could vacumn the cat!),turbo brush, floor brush, parquet floor brush, crevice tool(best place to put a tool!).dusting brush, upolstery brush and a five year parts and two year labour warranty.Oh and by the way it eats Dyson and Miele for breakfast!

Happy hunting (If you go to a good euronics dealer, they might let you try it)! 8)

Agreed Nevi,
Dysons are so over-rated.

Big `psychological` effect with seeing all that dirt and fluff.
"Oooh, look at all that dirt.." as though with other hoovers it all disappears somewhere..

Good on them though for almost making Dyson a fashion accessory.
Look, it`s available in purple and lime green, better upgrade..;-)

Fascinating this, blokes talking up vacuum cleaners (I`m assuming everyone who posted is male).

I`m not taking the pish, I read this thread with interest. Why is that ?? Like most fellas I thing housework is a necessary evil, but you mention Dysons in the pub and suddenly everyone goes on about how smart they are. If you tried harping on about a washing machine or other domestic appliance you`d soon be stood on your own.
