Page 1 of Games For Christmas
General Forum
I`m visiting my family for Xmas - you know the score parents, sister, young kids, dog etc. We`ve given up on watching all of that Xmas Day dross on the TV and in the past few years we`ve played games instead. Any suggestions for something decent to play (not Trivial Pursuit or Millionaire please!). Computer games are out of the question too so we need something that is entertaining, fun and not intellectually challenging. Any ideas out there?

I should be so Lucky, Lucky, Lucky, I should be so Lucky in Lurve...
Play that game where you have to write a sentence each then fold the paper over and pass it on, only revelaing the very last line.
By the end of the game everyone has a full story to read out. If you`re mildy drunk this can be hilarious.
Failing that, strip poker o spin the bottle ;)
... or kiss chase?
Seriously though, Cranium is a good `un if people don`t mind embarassing themselves a bit!
"The Internet is a communication device that allows people the world over to bitch about movies and share pornography with one another."
Or some of the old favourites!
Monopoly, Cluedo, Game of Life?
They`re the ones often dragged out over my parents on Xmas Day when we go over for tea.
