Page 1 of Forum changes tease

I`m currently putting the finishing touches (read that as squashing remaining bugs) for a forum update.

It is the first of three, the second two being non-visual and nobody will really notice anything other than a slight speed increase.

You are probably all going to hate it, I`m not sure I like it myself, but it looks a bit more like other discussion board software.

It should however be much faster than the current version, which can only be a good thing!

If it is mutually hated is there any chance of the style being rolled back, or is it for keeps no matter what we think?

Indeed, it`s because the forums are so uncomplicated and easy on the eye that makes them so appealing. I`ve seen `those other forums` and they`re crap....

I agree, it`s the uniqueness that makes it look different. Why would you want to make it look like all the other forums out there?

The red and white, and simple layout is what makes it easy on the eye, and I`ve never noticed a speed problem. :)

Is there a problem with the existing site?
