Page 1 of The wait goes on & on and on.............................

I have ordered from dvdboxoffice 2 weeks ago and they shipped the item on the 16th, it`s now been 11 days and yet it`s no where to be seen. How long does it take to arrive?

It only take Amazon.com 10 days normally and 7 if I am lucky. And if it doesn`t turn up, how easy is it to get a refund or a replacement from them?

i ordered from them on the 19th, they sent it out on the 20th and i recieved it this morning 27th, which to me was quick concidering there prices are very cheap. but if you cant for your film order from ezydvd (region 4) or play as they have fast delivery.

Try Play 247.com they only take 3 days to deliver.

..Well I ordered Exploring the Supernatural from DVD B.O. I was invoiced on the 4/4/01 and Im still awaiting the delivery of my disks.

It can take a while guys, but it`s usually worth it.

Play have great delivery - a coupla days mostly but I think their R1 titles are a wee bit on the expensive side.

I have ordered from DVDBO before and yes, it did take weeks to arrive. But to their credit, they kept their word and did not take the money until despatch.

I trying DV-depot for my next buy, but that`s top secret (until it arrives)(_they_ might be watching!)
