Page 1 of Ever met anyone famous?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but what famous people have you met (however obscure they may be)?

I only ask because I was on a train around Christmas time and sat opposite me was Alexandra Fletcher, who according to my sister was in Brookside.

On a slightly better note, I met Christopher Lee at a signing thingy in Liverpool last summer. Plus, I`m from the roughly same place as Johnny Vegas (Thatto Heath, near St Helens).

When I was working in LA I have served Arny in the restaurant I used to work, saw a few actors playing in american soap (don`t know their names but I have seen them on the box). Also I have served the guy who use to play in Jack and the Fat Man (the younger one- and his wife was gorgeous).

I met the blokes who played George Garfield and Dave Quinnan in the bill in Wimbledon town centre, and then got to be an extra in the episode.

Roger Black also came to my secondary school and confirmed my suspision that he is a muppet:

Oh yeah and one of the women who used to be in coronation street, I can`t for the life of me remember her name, her kids went to my little brother and sisters junior (middle) school.

Menna Trussler, the `old` woman who wanted to go to the knitting class in the drug junkies sketch in Little Britain (series 2) lives in a house just behind the family home in Swansea.

I met Jenny Powell at the Usk show about 14 years ago when they filmed motor mouth and she sighned my willy but unfortunatly it was only a toy wicked willy and not my real willy

And my cousin is Tom Fun from Clowns on the pennines

Stephen Merchant in a shopping centre in Bristol.
Paul Daniels in Dixons in Bristol (although we were thown out so he could have the shop to himself).
Jeremy Guscott (poser) and Gareth Chilcott, plus a few other rugby players who are famous if you`re into the sport.
Richard Wyatt (used to read the news in Bristol)

Man I`ve had a sad life away from celebrity.

I once met Eddie Tenpole Tudor at an Anti-Nowhere League gig in the 80`s in Sheffield. I also saw Leslie Crowther in Redgates, also in Sheffield. I`ve been in a toilet with Jonathan Ross (not the same cubicle I might add) at Heathrow. And, I`ve met that Bullock guy (Boba Fett from Star Wars) & Rod Hull & Emu in Cleethorpes.

Mix in the right circles, I do!

I met celeb BB housemate Johh McCurrick(sp) in the Bellagio Casino in Vegas a couple of years back. One of my best mates also has a very famous tv celeb aunt, who i have met on several occasions, including swimming in her pool with funky underwater stereo system. I`ll give you a clue as to who she is - ;)

I`ve met a lot of DJs if they count. Judge Jules, Pete Tong, Danny Rampling, Graeme Park, Jeremy Healy etc. - most of them attained celebrity status during the 90s. Never met Oakie though, which is a shame as the bloke is a legend.
