We keep a litter tray in the house for emergencies (like if we have all the windows and doors closed and shes in over night), but all things being equal our cat prefers to do her dirty business in our garden. And judging by the logs the mrs has to clean up im fairly sure she saves it all up for us.

I think the thing is that there are so many cats around our area that most gardens have been marked and so ours is the only one left.

My dad hates cats and cat crap and has got one of those sonic thingummy jigs to scare them away. Mainly because my mum took away his BB gun.....

Oh, and for all you cat owners out there, this is a real eye opener. Grab your cat and put lipstick round its ring. Then look on in horror at all the places its browneye touched during the average day.

They always go in soil and not on the path or on the playing field where kids go to play football!

I had to get a shovel to shift two piles of carefully concealed cat crap from the middle of our front garden path before I could get the wheelchair out of the house this afternoon.

Quick, Robin. Hand me down that Shark-Repellant Bat Spray!

alright, nearly always in soil!! :p

Thing is, cats normally like to dig a hole and bury it - not leave it for all to see or step in.

why take life so seriously..its not like you are going to make it out alive

Maybe the one on your path was from a dog?
