Realistically, wtf are they going to do to him? He`ll go to jail, lead a cushy life where he will be virtually untouchable because he is so high profile, he`ll write a few books and continue to spout this s*** and it will continue to be reported on and picked up because no-one can stop him.

Oh yeah. Dont get me wrong im glad they (finally) grew a pair and decided to charge him and the conviction is something of a plus. But the way they went about it in the most limp wristed way really demeaned the whole excercise and, as I said, prison is absolutely nothing to a joker like this. Example, the `suicide bomber` at the protest had just done bird. Its not like he is going to be kept in solitary with a gag on.

I dunno.....on the one hand im a fairly liberal person, but on the other people who consistantly take the p*** like this really get on my tits. Mainly because of reverse descrimination factor that would have seen any other religion, race or creed instantly gripped for doing what he did.

Sorry this is a bit of a ramble, but its kind of conflicting. Like I said, i have reasonably liberal principles, but part of me would, for constant hate speech, like to see him fired from a canon into the sun.

Or turned over to the yanks for a spell in gitmo.........
