Page 1 of LCD best connections

Hi was hoping for some advice on best way to conect Sky+ and panasonic dmres20 dvd to new samsung lcd bit of a novice as to what is correct way to get best from everything any helpful suggestions most welcome :)

Im sure some one will correct me if im wrong but the sky + best option is just RGB Scart, use a decent one such as a Thor or Ixos, dont really need to spend over £25 mark as i dont think you will notice that much difference.

the DMRES20 is best connected using component if you have it on the samsung - i assume so as you mentioned that it was new - i have mine through component on a HD panasonic and im as please as i can be without going high def. :)

i tend to use tv-cables.co.uk or ebay for most of my leads

thanks For advice still waiting for DVD to be repaired new ram drive! 3 weeks and waiting. only recorded 4 dvds as only bought for archiving old home movies so bit mifffed. kids not pleased.
