QUIDCO

Ive heard of this but only joined today, is it reliable. Ive got my eye on a few things and every penny I can save is a bonus. Im assuming you just go to the `retailer` through their site and buy and they will arrange the discount. Is it really that easy.

Hi,

I only joined a month ago and have already saved over £50. The first payment (into my paypal account) is due in Jan. Hope you manage to save a few pounds.

Happy new year
:D

I use Rpoints myself, same principle though. I`ve saved a fortune, mainly through insurance cashback.

It can take a few months to get your cashback but you do get it. I got £40 recently for taking my car insurance thru them. It was with More Than who were the cheapest anyway. I got paid thru a BACS tranfer to my current account which cost 5p. Paypal payments can get a bit expensive to recieve depending on the amount.

so do you pay quidco for the item or the retailer?
for example go through quidco and from there to play.com buy a dvd and who charges you for it, quidco or play?
sorry it may sound silly but i dont fully understand it :/

You follow the link to the retailer from Quidco. The retailer recognises that you have come via Quidco and in due course makes the commission payment to Quidco. Once you are at the retailer site you just use it as normal, you pay the retailer their normal price. You MUST go via the Quidco link though.

BTW Quidco works well, I also started using them when I got my Dell TV.
