IMPORTANT: ALL PLEASE READ - Piracy in threads
I feel I have to mention to you guys that there is rapidly becoming a worrying trend for the open discussion and advocation of piracy on various threads.
We`d really appreciate it if you toned things down relating to this area, some of you are blatantly showing a disregard for the forum rules on this subject.
And just remember, we aren`t exactly rich. I know its highly unlikely, but if some big bully copyright holder, or representative wants to pursue individuals on this forum, we can`t exactly afford to stand in their way!
So please, for both our sakes, keep it off the forums. Thanks!

Yarr.
Clarification request: what does this mean for TV threads and suchlike? Hanging fire with posts til the UK broadcast, or just pretending to be, like, y`know, Merkins?
You know how we have filters for swears, might it help (with old threads, since we`ll all be good), to filter out copyright-infringement-related terms?

I think it`s the direct reference and insinuation to pirated material that`s the problem. Like the Starship Troopers 3 thread that`s got the word `DVDRip` in the most recent post... Because we all know what that means. ;)
I think talking about non-UK broadcast shows is okay, as long as we don`t say, `blah blah blah season 3 episode 2 is now on Demonoid etc.`
At least, that`s what I think is meant. ;) Just be sensible about it, basically. :)

Same place as 42.
Same place as one sad\sick\twisted individual allegedly pulled one of Phil The Greeks turds from the bog at a certain navel college, stuffed it into a jar of formaldehyde then sealed & placed behind the bar in the officers mess (removed whenever PtG was on the premise`s (sort of thing that would put you off your pint).
Talking of turds, when Prince Edward attended a function at Somerset County Hall, the downstairs gents bogs were scrubbed clean & a facilities guy so placed to ensure that no commoner might enter & descrate the receptical of the offering that PE might deign to drop should he feel the need.
I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you've noticed.) You don't normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.
