The Royal Anglicans

I am surprised that I have not seen a comment on here about the way the troops where verbally abused by the minority in the crowd at Luton. I would like to express my thoughts about the abusers but then again if I did I would be booted off.

The vast majority of Muslims are really nice decent folks. The minority really get me angry.

They have a right to demonstrate and express there opposition. When alls said and done thats what the troops are fighting for.
I just reserve the right to shred their placards and feed them back as a suppository.

I haven`t heard anything about this church parade :D to be honest but the protests at the Royal Anglian march I thought was pretty disgusting. One of the pitfalls of free speech I s`pose, you always get the loons at the fringes...these wastes of skin one side & the BNP the other with most normal thinking people somewhere in the middle. Did however have some faith in human nature restored at the amount of people who came out in support of the march today.

Free speach or incitement, all I know is if I held up placards like that I would be arrested, they deserved a good kickin.........Like I said incitment.

I objected to the objectionable dick of a spokesperson `they` plonked on telly the other morning. >:(
Were I the interviewer, I would have first pointed out the definition of the term `murdererer`, then warned him if he used it again he would be asked to leave the programme.
I know it`s scant consolation to anyone who lost a wife/child/whatever to a military operation, but the fact is it is not murder.
In civil terms it would be, at best, manslaughter.
In military terms, I believe it`s called collateral casualties.
Like I said, scant consolation and semantics, but using the term `murder` suggests these soldiers were deliberately targetting women/kids, which is clearly nonsense.
A highly emotive term, deliberately used to conjure up images of soldiers knowingly executing women/kids, like some sort of sick turkey shoot.
Utter bollocks, IMO.

They are entitled to protest if they so wish. Many whites etc are also against the war. Free speech an all that. Innocent men/women and kids are being killed in these countries.

As for the current sitiuation in Iraq/ Afghanistan - i`d like to think that if Britain were overun by foreign troops (and thats the way many of them see it) people in this country would rise up and fight back. British men not involved as soldiers in the Second World War were being trained to take out Germans should an invasion have happened.

But not murdered.
I`ve no objection to them demonstrating, I object to their use of the term murderer.
If they have a problem with the war and how it`s being carried out, shouting at soldiers is pretty damned futile.
It`s like me shouting at the binmen because I object to my council tax.

I would have said the issue was more the timing of the protest than the protest per se.

As others said I am sure if I had the placards like that at a muslim rally I;d be arrested for racial insitement or something

I really wanted a soldier to just fire a few shots at them :-D
