What`s more important to you....?
There seems to be an ever increasing market of DVD retail web sites all trying to cost cut each other without (it would seem from reading the `Retailer Reviews`), little care on providing a good/ reliable service. What`s more important to you, the price of a DVD or the service you get?
RE: What`s more important to you....?
Service first and foremost. I do look around for the best price, but I`m not so tight that I would order from a shoddy company just to save a couple of quid over a more established and reliable retailer.

Hate to admit it but has to be price with me.
Naturally with cheaper prices can come a matching fall-away in service standard (witness my three month wait for the Crime pack from DVDBO, which eventually came through - three DVDs for £14 !), but then I`m a patient fella and don`t mind the extra wait.
Of course, the retailers I go back to time and time again are the ones that combine both : cheapness and excellent service. And there`s no competition at the moment - http://www.ezydvd.com.au wipe the floor with all other online retailers, and literally put some UK/US based retailers to shame with both their pricing and, more importantly, speed of service. Also an honourable mention to http://www.futureent.com although I know some people have had problems with them in the past. Generally, http://www.play.com will come through too, but sadly their service standard has been noticeably slipping of late.

A while ago Clayts i would have agreed with you about ezydvd but as i have been waiting 7 weeks for swordfish from them it kinda puts you off ordering from them. I know its not their fault though. Probably customs, but still puts me off getting dvd`s from abroad.

Seven weeks for Swordfish? Wow, that is long. I preordered mine and received it about a week before Christmas Day. I hope you receive this soon. :-( Not a good ad for Ezy, but I have to say I`ve never had problems with them. I`m going to try out Devoted for the first time with The Fast and the Furious.
With me, a balance of price against service. I`ve tried a lot of places out and apart from Movietyme, I`ve found good service with a lot of etailers here, in the US, Canada and Aus. So price slightly wins it for me.
