Page 1 of Memorybits : Anyone having difficulties ?

Placed an order last night then decided to change the order ...all day long not been able to use online query or e-mails ( keep rebounding )...a little odd i think have used them lots of times and till today never had anything like a hitch at all........any thoughts????
