The Biden Presidency 2021

Oh I soooooooo hope so, but being the eternal pessimist I am I still fear trump stealing it somehow, probably the Supreme Court which If I was Biden I would investigate Kavanaugh immediately and announce it so that he knows and hopefully quits, then pack the court and make it 11 Supreme Court judges and say FU to trump and his cronies in the Republican Party.

Should it not be changed to say "how long before the Pelosi 25th Amendment is utilised"?

It was long predicted that  Trump would do well on Election night, but Biden would close the gap once the millions of postal votes were counted. As long as they all are, and Trump's attempts to have mailboxes removed from the streets, or to have postal votes counted after election night thrown out, this isn't over until the weekend.

I will only believe it's over once one of them is standing there being inaugurated.
Much same as I only believe we've signed a player when he's standing there in the shirt with the managers arm round his shoulders.

From Paddy Powers twitter.

Joe Biden now 1/2 to be the next President of America.
Latest betting:
Biden 1/2
Trump 13/8

That's obviously on the vote counting not taking into account any Trumpist legal manoeuvrings and general civil unrest type tantrums.

More than 160 million Americans voted in the presidential election, producing the highest turnout rate in 120 years, according to preliminary estimates from the US Elections Project.

At 66.9%, the turnout rate of the voting-eligible population was the highest since 1900, the website’s data indicates.
If nothing else, then this election appears to have jolted the electorate into action, but that's still less than should be voting...
