Page 1 of Suggestion RE: expired challenges

Why not make it that when a challenge expires the person who let, said challenge expire, forfiets and the challenger gets 11 points for the wasted challenge.

It becomes a tad annoying when challenges are left and I think most of us would appreciate the points.

Nice idea in theory, not sure in practise it will make much difference.

Best to stick to the more active gremlins, follow the green bar!

Following the green bar doesnt always work. I`ve got lapsed challenges from 3 top ten gremlins. Their activity bars show them as fully active but they haven`t fought a match since the 11th of February.Thats 6 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It also makes it more difficult to make other challenges because it looks as if you are ignoring them to pick on weaker gremlins ! They look available for fights but thats only because some of the challenges lapse everyday (mainly mine i`m sure!) but you can easily fall into the trap of wasting another. Any ideas apart from checking out everybodies recent fight list? Which i am apparantly sad enough to do! :/

i`ve also followed the green bar and then checked their recent fight list but still had the challenges lapse. one person i challenged had fought the day before and then didn`t fight for a whole week so had challenges lapse all week.

I suggested exactly the same a week ago! (Except I said 10XP points ;)). My Gremlin is currently in the position of having to challenge Gremlins an aweful lot stronger (ie far more XP points) or alot weaker as, according to the green bars, the majority of Gremlins around me with similar stats are not active much at all. TBH All the Gremlins that aren`t playing combined with all the lapsed challenges is really taking the fun out of this.

For example, I know today that My Gremlin is going to get his butt kicked in a load of the challenges I`ve issued and he`ll gain minimum XP points and in others he`s going to win very quickly, so agai getting minimum XP points. This means tomorrow my Gremlin won`t be a great deal stronger so he`ll be in a similar place in the league tables and so have the same problem tomorrow.

IMHO it would really improve the game if you were penalised for letting challenges lapse and also if inactive Gremlins were culled, say after 3 or 4 days of inactivity.

but have you also been issuing challenges? that also helps.

The bar works on the basis that you have 10 fights a day, if you have less then it drops down. If you have more, it will stay at the maximum.

So if you left your gremlin alone for a few days and didn`t issue any challenges or accept any, it can be a bit hard to get it back up again. :/

So how come steamboat willy 2,zaphod beeblebrox 3` speed demon 2 haven`t fought since the 11 Feb (7 days ago !) and there green activity bars are full on green!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

also add Mr Spiky III to that list!!! he last fought on the 11th and has a full activitiy bar. my challenge will lapse on at midnight.... so another wasted challenge having done everything i can to make sure i don`t waste my challenges.
