Not exactly a holiday bethy.

13 hour days on security, unpaid, throwing drunks out of a beer festival. And another one coming up at the end of the month as well.

Aah, I thought when you said Reading Beer Festival that it was for fun, not unpaid work :( . Welcome back, anyway.

It IS for fun, working fun though.

Got almost 2 weeks coming up, putting up, being in charge of security at while open, then taking down Cambridge Beer Festival.

It gets me away from screwing the weather up for a few weeks a year.

Never even been to Peterborough, they have to have rent a thug for that one instead of letting us run security ourselves with CAMRA volunteers.

wise move not to do it. :) can honestly say i`ve NEVER been to it. that might have something to do with the fact i don`t like beer or ale of any sort i prefer drinks i can dilute with coke or lemonade :)
