Page 1 of LG 3200E Hack didn`t work is it firmware dependant ???

Thanks to Techie Freak I tried the hack for the LG 3200e but is it dependant on the firmware you have or the speed in which you do the hack ? I have tried numerous times and followed the instructions posted but to no avail, it doesn`t even come up with code on the display but only No Disc.

The firmware I have is as follows this is what comes up from the setup and TV aspect 16:4 etc:

MISCEL: 11 EO

If no one can help out I will have to reisde to the fact that every man and his dog with an LG 3200e can hack remotely but I can`t boo hooo sniff sniff......................

What code did u enter to get the firmware up on screen, i have done it b4 but i have forgoten it LOL

I have the same player and the remote hack works fine on mine so post the firmware revision code and i`ll post my results and see if they match urs..

I`ve also got a LG 3200E and tried the handset hack with no luck how do you find out the firmware revision?
