Page 1 of Region Hack for the new Proline 2000 ?

I`ve tried several sites (DVD-Debate being one of them) to see if there`s a region hack for the NEW Proline 2000, but nobody seems to know of one.

Can anyone else help...?

make sure draw is empty and closed
press power on then menu
enter 1,6,7 on remote
enter number for region or mute for all
press exit
put disc in
enjoy!

Hi, just a quick note about the PROLINE DVD 2000. As far as I know, the current hack (1,6,7, Mute or disc region no.) will last until the machine is unplugged from the outlet, not for one disc as is stated on the site. And also, the hack will not allow playback of region 1 warner bros. titles such as The Matrix and The Green mile. An error is given.

Please note that I tried the hack without pressing menu first and exit last (menu,1,6,7,mute or disc region no.,exit). I don`t think this makes a difference. All my other R.1 discs played fine after entering just 1,6,7,mute.

Actually The Matrix works perfectly on my Proline DVD 2000 using the region hack....

I hear the Proline DVD 1000 has problems playing Warner Bros films
