I want a machine that can play region one, RCE disks etc....

Hitachi

And where is the best place to buy one tesco, argos, curry,s
Or should i get my LG2330p chipped.

I had the LG 3000e from Tesco and found it very hard to hack, i gave up after about 2 hrs and took it back. The picture quality was really good as well as the sound but i wanted to bu R1 DVD`s so i got the Samsung 511 and i`am extremly pleased with it, hacked it within 2 minutes and picture & sound is top notch for the money, ever all a really good budget multi-regional player.

Must agree about the Samsung - excellent player - had no problems. Comet are now selling them for £170!!

If your on a budget I suppose the Hitachi would be fine but I`d go for the Samsung
