Page 1 of HELP matsui 110 wont hack

I`ve tried about 50 times to remote hack my matsui110, and it just will not work. When I get to the stage of pressing open/close the tray opens and it should not do this. Has anybody else had this problem and got around it somehow?

I`ve got it to work by doing menu, 1, 6, 7, then mute. Now I just need it to play vcds. Any ideas?

there is a hack for vcds BUT after i put it in I had serious trouble with my player so I recommend that you dont put the vcd hack in! but its up to you . here is the link to the vcd hack http://www.dvdreviewer.co.uk/info/multiregion/full/matsui110.asp

by the way what do you think of the player?
I have one and i think it kicks PS2`s ass!
I also have a PS2!

Had no problems so far apart from a few jumps on hired dvds but the`re probably just dirty. All sorted now both Hacks in and working. Thanks for the help.
