Acoustic Solutions in Argos - worth it or are they crap?
I have seen the three models of DD 5.1 decoders and speaker systems in Argos made by Acoustic Solutions. I was wondering if any-one has heard them in action, and if so, are they any good? Which one woudl you go for if you were buying?

Send an email on the ask Westy link on this site. I asked a similar question about a different make and his reply was spot on, so much so I`ve bought the company, ok just the speakers but he knows what he`s talking about.
Also, its Argos - if they`re crap take them back and try a different one and keep going till you get what you want.
Problem with Argos is they pass any returns back to the manufacturer which is tough on the manufacturer but then they choose to deal with Argos knowing this happens.

RE: Acoustic Solutions in Argos - worth it or are they crap?
Just wondered if anyone else had heard anything about this range of speakers. I am particularly interested in the £99 package- seems almost too good to be true. I have been completely unable to find any kind of review or comment about the system on the web.
Thanks.

The £99 option is just the speakers though remember.
It doesn`t have a 5.1 decoder.
S`easy to get caught oot.

the £99.99 option DOES incliude a decoder - doesn`t matter now anyway - went for the JVC TH-A5R with a new DVD player - very impressed with it.
